We are using advanced adaptive, linear filter techniques that have been developed in 5 years of research by Soundboot. All these filter techniques are not applied in a general, automatic way; like tuning a few parameters and try to the get the best result. Instead, we have developed techniques that derive parameters directly from the sound signal and use them in the filtering process. All this is done manually since this cannot be done in an automatic way. All filtering is time-frequency optimized. Processing is done in minimal, time-frequency regions to have a maximum of possibilities. Think of it as editing the sound in optimized, time-frequency spots. This allows to process very small details of the signals without interfering with the rest of the signal. The tools used are developed by Soundboot.
